1. What ShaswatGyan is

ShaswatGyan is a digital platform offering Vedic astrology tools (Kundli, Panchang, Muhurat, matching, Prashna and related calculations), scriptural texts, and an AI guide ('the Guru'). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Guidance, not fate

Astrological content — calculated or AI-generated — is offered for reflection, education and cultural interest. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it must not be the sole basis for major life decisions. Muhurat and match results should be confirmed with a qualified jyotishi or pandit for important ceremonies.

The Guru is an AI. It can be wrong, and it speaks with a persona; treat its words as a starting point for your own judgement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Paid plans

Paid plans (Seeker, Jyotishi) are billed monthly in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. A plan activates when payment is verified and runs for 30 days. Features may change over time; we will not remove a feature you have paid for mid-period without offering a proportionate refund.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at volume, attempt to break the service, misrepresent AI output as human counsel to others, or use the platform to harass or defraud anyone.

6. Content and copyright

Scriptural texts are in the public domain; our translations' arrangement, design, code and original content are ours. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution; you may not republish the site's tooling or datasets wholesale.

7. Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction.
